          This website is owned and operated by Mikhail Kovalenko. These Terms set forth the terms under which you may use my website. This website offers visitors the opportunity to view Mikhail Kovalenko's journalistic and publicistic work free of charge. By accessing or using my website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

          To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mikhail Kovalenko be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the website.

          These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any claims and disputes related to this document and/or the content, shall be governed by, construed and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought, and you hereby consent to their being resolved, exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Prague. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
